Erin and Gemma dressed in Karen Millen.

IMG_3157---Copy.jpgFamous celebrity photographer Douglas Kirkland exhibited his work at the event. This Audrey Hepburn image that lovely Lisa stands next to was a prize for one lucky person in attendance. Quite fabulous!

I rarely take actual voyeur images where the person is unaware of the camera, however this lady was waiting for her friend and I couldn't help but notice her. This picture really captures a moment. I later asked for her photo and took about 3 very bubbly images but I like this one most as it shows a contemplative side to her that only an observer would see.

IMG_3115.JPGThese four women were so surprised that I wanted an image of them. They look so happy and colourful! Fashion can be a mood and a feeling and I think they show this really well.

There were more waitstaff than room to move and everything was prepared in the finest way. Pomegranate sangrias, rum shots with ice cream (which tasted exactly like Christmas cake), more cocktails and champagne than I've ever seen in one place. The most ironic thing of the night were the 'canapes' where staff walked around with trays and trays of grilled quail and roast beef for the who's who of Perth to pick at.
The best thing about fashion = irony!

Wow! what an idea ! What a concept ! Beautiful .. Amazing …

Excellent stuff on Wesley Quarter Launch - Style Voyeur. I even agree with all of it!

Great site I’m glad I stumbled onto it due to my friend’s website. I'm going to wish to add an extra site to the daybreak schedule.

Lol you're joking right :)

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the DVD. Bad to invest in something like this when streaming movies (or keeping them on a local hard drive) is the way to go. This thing will go the way of the old jukebox!

Good post, thanks
